How fast are orders dispatched?
All orders are dispatched within maximum 48 hrs after orders are sent to us. Your products will be delivered within 1-2 working days.
Will i have to sign for the package?
If you are not at home at the time of delivery and there’s nobody to sign instead, you will be left a notice to collect the package at your local post office.
What does the package look like, and is it discreet?
It’s a neat white padded cardboard envelope with nothing mentioning the content on the outside.
What am i to do if the package is damaged when i receive it or if it is missing?
